On Thursday, September 7, 2023, President Paul Kagame received Dr. Armen Orujyan, Director General of the Armenian Institute of Science and Technology (FAST).
The Office of the Head of State, Village Urugwiro, announced that the Head of State received Dr. Armen, and they held talks.
This story goes on to say that President Kagame and Dr. Armen Orujyan, discussed the opportunities of cooperation in various sectors including research, technology and innovation.
Usually the countries of Rwanda and Armenia share the history of having faced Genocide, and they have put their efforts in ensuring that such a bad history will not be repeated, both in them and elsewhere in the world. (End)
