Today in Villers-Cotterêts, President Kagame and First Lady Jeannette Kagame joined other Heads of State and Government for the opening of the 19th Francophonie Summit in Paris, France.
They were welcomed by International Organization of Francophonie Secretary-General Louise Mushikiwabo and French President Emmanuel Macron.
The summit will emphasize youth employment under the theme “Create, innovate, and do business in French”. (End)
