Minister of State Kabarebe received Ambassador of Portugal to Rwanda

Minister of State in charge of Regional Cooperation James Kabarebe received Luisa Maria Machado da Palma Fragoso, Ambassador of Portugal to Rwanda, with residence in Addis Ababa.  

Minister of State James Kabarebe and Ambassador Luisa Maria Machado da Palma Fragoso exchanged on matters of common interest and further strengthening friendship and cooperation between the two countries.

Diplomatic relations between Portugal and Rwanda were set forth on the 12th of February of 1976.

Ambassador António Baptista Martins was the first Ambassador to present credentials as non-resident in the Republic of Rwanda as Ambassador Resident in Kinshasa, in DRC, on the 25th of January of 1977. (End)
