Minister of Foreign Affairs Olivier Nduhungirehe welcomed Mr. Huang Xia, the UN Special Envoy for the Great Lakes region.
He briefed the Special Envoy about the current situation in Eastern DRC and the recent attacks on the border town of Rubavu.
