Today, Minister of Finance and Economic Planning Yusuf Murangwa held a productive meeting with Jorge Moreira da Silva, Under-Secretary-General and Executive Director of UNOPS (United Nations Office for Project Services).
Minister Yusuf Murangwa and Jorge Moreira da Silva discussed ways to enhance collaboration in order to accelerate the implementation of Rwanda’s extensive project portfolio.
UNOPS is a United Nations agency dedicated to implementing humanitarian and development projects for the United Nations System, international financial institutions, governments and other partners around the world, with a focus on infrastructure, procurement and project management.
