On the sidelines of the Italy-Africa Summit, Minister of Foreign Affairs Vincent Biruta participated in a panel discussion on vocational training and culture.
In his remarks, he acknowledged the initiatives and partnerships of the African Union and African countries to boost the development of labor market-oriented skills for youth.
Minister Vincent Biruta also stressed the need for mutually beneficial labor mobility and knowledge sharing between Africa and Europe to meet the labor demands of tomorrow.
Minister Vincent Biruta is in Rome to represent President Paul Kagame at the Italy-Africa Summit, held under the theme “A bridge for common growth”. (End)
