The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Vincent Biruta, received today Amir Mohammad Khan, the outgoing High Commissioner of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to Rwanda as he concludes his tour of duty.
Minister Vincent Biruta and Amir Mohammad Khan discussed strengthening the existing relations and cooperation between the two countries.
