Minister Musabyimana received in his office a high-level delegation from the Kingdom of Lesotho led by Hon. Lebona Lephema, Minister of Local Government, Chieftainship, Home Affairs and Police, who are in Rwanda for the benchmarking visit.
Minister Musabyimana presented to his counterpart the country’s transformation journey, mandate of the Ministry of Local Government that is coordination of good governance and high-quality territorial administration programs, implementation of decentralisation policy, social protection and administrative structure of central and local government and their respective roles.
