Minister of State for East African Community Affairs, Professor Nshuti Manasseh, welcomed 140 young Rwandans living in Belgium, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom who are in Rwanda, from 25-29 July 2023, to learn about Rwanda’s culture through the “Gutoza umuco abana n’urubyiruko rw’Abanyarwanda baba mu mahanga” programme.
This cultural exchange and education program aims to provide young people with a deeper understanding of Rwandan heritage and contribute to preserving and promoting Rwandan culture in the diaspora. (End)
