Minister Gatabazi welcomed the Zimbabwean delegation visiting Rwanda
Today, Rwandan Minister of local Government Jean Marie Vianney Gatabazi received a Zimbabwean delegation led by July Moyo, Minister of Local Government and Public Works in Zimbabwe accompanied by Charity Manyeruke, Ambassador of Zimbabwe to Rwanda and other members of Local Government.
Minister Jean Marie Vianney Gatabazi shared with them the Local Government overview in Rwanda and how decentralisation policy has turned the country’s page; home-grown solutions and drivers of country’s transformation including unity; accountability and efficiency; inclusiveness in citizen participation and decision making.
July Moyo, Minister of Local Government and Public Works in Zimbabwe, is in Rwanda for the 8th Session of the Africa Regional Forum on Sustainable Development (ARFSD-8) taking place in Kigali. (End)
