Outgoing Ukrainian Ambassador to Rwanda bids farewell

Minister of Foreign Affairs Olivier Nduhungirehe bid farewell to Andrii Pravednyk, Ambassador of Ukraine to Rwanda, as he concludes his almost three years tour of duty. 

The Minister appreciated the Ambassador’s contribution in strengthening bilateral relations throughout his tenure, and wished him success in his future endeavours.

Rwanda maintains its diplomatic relations with Ukraine through a non-resident Ambassador in Berlin, while Ukraine has established its Embassy in Kigali.

The Ukrainian Foreign Minister visited Rwanda in May 2023, and signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Political Consultations. (End)
