Kigali: Foreign Affairs Minister Louise Mushikiwabo has again lashed out at the increasingly vocal critics of her government – singling out Human Rights Watch which she accuses of being “excited about [its] disliking of Rwanda”. The top diplomat says in the latest interview that all the criticism is just “election hype”.
