President Kagame held a bilateral meeting with Prime Minister of Singapore, Lee Hsien Loong, where they had a cordial exchange on key topics including socio-economic transformation, reconciliation and good governance.

Singapore and Rwanda, though far apart on the globe, share interesting similarities. We also reaffirmed the need to continue working together as fellow small states, given current global and regional developments.
