President Kagame met with Abiy Ahmed, Prime Minister of Ethiopia; President João Lourenço of Angola; and President Hakainde Hichilema of Zambia, on the sidelines of the 37th African Union Summit in Addis Ababa (Ethiopia).
The three Presidents attended the 37th Ordinary Session of the Assembly of the Heads of State and Government of the African Union in Ethiopia from 17-18 February 2024.
They joined other African Heads of State and Government, political leaders, and senior policymakers to discuss how the continent can maintain momentum in addressing peace and security issues, regional integration, education, and development.(End)
