President Kagame received a U.S. Congressional delegation

Today at Urugwiro Village, President Kagame received a U.S. Congressional delegation of 9 members of Congress led by Representative Bruce Westerman of the 4th District of Arkansas who also serves as the Chairman of the U.S. House Committee on Natural Resources.

The discussions focused on Rwanda’s transformation in the last three decades, potential areas of partnerships as well as issues of continental and global importance.

Arkansas is a southern U.S. state bordering the Mississippi River. It’s known for its abundant park and wilderness areas, with terrain encompassing mountains, caves, rivers and hot springs.
