This afternoon at Urugwiro Village, President Kagame received outgoing Chinese Ambassador to Rwanda, Rao Hongwei, for a farewell meeting as he ends his tour of duty.
Ambassador Rao Hongwei concludes his tour of duty after representing his country in Rwanda for four years and eleven months. He presented his credentials to the Rwandan President Paul Kagame on April 13, 2017. (End)
