Kigali: This afternoon at Urugwiro Village, President Kagame received Rt. Hon. Patricia Scotland, Secretary General of Commonwealth, who is in Kigali for the 12th Regional Conference of Heads of Anti-Corruption Agencies in Commonwealth Africa.
President Kagame and Secretary General discussed the upcoming Summit of Commonwealth (CHOGM2022) to be hosted by Rwanda next month.
