In addition to employing an average of 90% of local citizens, Amahoro stadium renovation project is an important market for local businesses, stone & sand quarry owners.
The Amahoro stadium has a circumference of 800m and 30m of length and not including the roof, it is five levels (G+5).
It has football and rugby pitches of international dimensions and an athletics track. The total project cost is approximately 165$ million. (End)
