Kigali: President Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo of Equatorial Guinea today arrives in Rwanda for a one-day Working Visit. President Obiang was last in Kigali in July 2014 for an Official Visit where the two countries signed a General Cooperation Agreement.
President Obiang will hold a tête-à-tête meeting with his host President Kagame, followed by bilateral consultations and press statements. The Equatorial Guinea President is also expected to tour the Campaign Against Genocide Museum before concluding his visit.
The talks will be concluded by the signing of three bilateral agreements including: An agreement on rules of Procedure of the Joint Permanent Commission; a Memorandum of Understanding on Mutual Diplomatic Consultations and a Memorandum of Understanding on Tourism. (End)
