Today, RDB Deputy CEO Zephanie Niyonkuru received John Ulanga, Regional Director, East and Central Africa at TradeMark East Africa and Patience Mutesi Gatera, Rwanda Country Director.
They discussed the existing partnerships between RDB(Rwanda Development Board) and TradeMark East Africa, specifically the Export Development Program aimed at improving the export capacity of Rwandan businesses, mainly small and medium enterprises.
TradeMark East Africa is an aid-for-trade organization funded by development agencies of Belgium, Canada, Denmark, European Union, France, Finland, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, UK and USA.
RDB is a government department that integrates all government agencies responsible for the attraction, retention and facilitation of investments in the national economy. (End)
