Rwanda Defence Force (RDF) Army Chief of Staff (ACOS), Major General Vincent Nyakarundi attended a Symposium of Army Chiefs of Staff in Rennes, France, focused on Peace, Security, and Youth Commitment.
Later, he held bilateral talks with his French counterpart, General Pierre Schill and attended a graduation ceremony at Saint-Cyr Coëtquidan Military Academy, where he met with a Rwandan Cadet Furaha Jean Paul Kabera, who is currently completing his first year at the academy. (End)
