The Minister of Finance and Economic Planning Dr. Uzziel Ndagijimana today hosted and held talks with Mr. Wu Fulin, the chairman of China Export and Import Bank(China Eximbank).
The discussion between Minister Uzziel Ndagijimana and Mr. Wu Fulin focused on enhancing the current development partnership between Rwanda and the Bank.
