Today, Rwanda’s Minister of Finance and Economic Planning, Yusuf Murangwa, welcomed Mr. Jean-François Arnal, the Regional Director of the French Development Agency (AFD), for a courtesy call.
Discussions between the two leaders centered on bilateral cooperation between Rwanda and France, with a focus on the progress of specific AFD-funded projects in health, vocational training, employment, and climate initiatives.
