DG of RBC Prof. Muvunyi received the US Ambassador to Rwanda Eric Kneedler
The Director General of Rwanda Biomedical Centre (RBC), Professor Doctor Claude M. Muvunyi, today received a courtesy call from the US Ambassador to Rwanda, Mr Eric Kneedler.
“Discussions focused on strengthening partnerships to implement global health security programs, including health emergency preparedness and response in Rwanda”, according to RBC.
Global public health security is defined as the activities required, both proactive and reactive, to minimize the danger and impact of acute public health events that endanger people’s health across geographical regions and international boundaries. (End)
