Rwanda’s attractions and investment opportunities in tourism and hospitality are being highlighted at the ongoing International Luxury Travel Market (ILTM) Asia Pacific, taking place from 19-22 June in Singapore.
The event is a leading luxury travel trade show that brings together travel industry stakeholders from the Asia Pacific region, including international exhibitors and buyers from the MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences, and events), leisure and corporate travel markets.
Rwanda’s participation at the ILTM Asia Pacific is part of the country’s efforts to showcase its tourism potential and investment opportunities to the world.
Organised by RDB, together with the Rwandan High Commission in Singapore, the Rwandan delegation includes eight companies from the Rwanda Chamber of Tourism which are Akagera Aviation, Radisson Blu Hotel and Kigali Convention Center, Luxury Africa Tours, Pure Africa Tours, Premier Transport and Tour Services, Go Tell Tours and Travels, Uber Luxe Safaris and African Unique Safaris and Tours.
The trade show is conducted in a business-to-business (B2B) format and allows Rwandans to connect and engage with participants on Rwanda’s tourism offering.
Commenting on the event, RDB Chief Tourism Officer, Michaëlla Rugwizangoga said: “Rwanda’s participation in this trade show is a great opportunity to promote its tourism attractions and investment opportunities to attendees based in Singapore and the Asia Pacific region. It is an excellent platform to network and do business with the region’s tourism industry leaders.”
