Today, 27 Jun 24, RDF (Rwanda Defense Force) officers Major Corneille Ntaganira and Major JDD Nkubiri graduated from the Senior Command and Staff College in Kimaka, Uganda.
The ceremony was attended by Brigadier General Andrew Nyamvumba, Commandant RDF CSC (Command and Staff College), Defence Attaché Colonel Ruzindana and Lieutenant Colonel B Mpamira, a DS at RDFCSC. (End).
