Today, two RDF (Rwanda Defence Force) students Major Moses Kananga and Major Athanase Kayitaba graduated at Senior Command and Staff College-Kimaka, Uganda.
The event was attended by the Defence Attaché to Uganda Col E Ruzindana and Lt Col D Mutayomba, Chief Instructor RDF Command & Staff College, Nyakinama.
Yesterday, Lt Col Joseph NIYONGABO KABANDA graduated at French War College/ Ecole de Guerre de Paris, France.
