Minister of Foreign Affairs Olivier Nduhungirehe received today copies of Letters of Credence from Mr. Lincoln G. Downer, Ambassador-designate of Jamaica; Ms. Nadeska Imara Cuthbert Carlson, Ambassador-designate of Nicaragua; Mr. Savvas Vladimirou, High Commissioner-designate of Cyprus; and Mr. Patricio Alberto Aguirre Vacchieri, Ambassador-designate of Chile.
Minister Nduhungirehe also received copies of Letters of Credence from Ms. Jeanne Crauser, Ambassador-designate of Luxembourg, and Mr. Mirko Giulietti, Ambassador-designate of Switzerland.
The Minister congratulated the Ambassadors on their appointments and expressed best wishes for a successful tenure. They used the occasion to discuss the promotion of bilateral relations in areas of common interest. (End)
