The incumbent president and RPF flag bearer Paul Kagame is holding his rallies in Nyamasheke and Rusizi, both of which are in the West and bordering DR Congo.
PL’s Prosper Higiro has split DAY Ten between the West and the South, in Ngororero and Kamonyi respectively. He’ll be sharing the South, however, with PPC’s Alvèra Mukabaramba whose only rally today will be held in Nyanza – the seat of the ex-Rwandan monarch.
On their part, PSD will be courting the North at its only rally for the day planned in Musanze stadium.
