Deputy Police Chief Ujeneza receives Guinea’s Minister of Security

The Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIGP) in charge of Administration and Personnel, DCG Jeanne Chantal Ujeneza, received at the Rwanda National Police (RNP) General Headquarters, Kacyiru, a delegation from Guinea headed by the Minister of Security and Civil Protection, General (rtd) Bachir Diallo.

Their discussions focused on sharing experiences and professional practices, particularly in citizen engagement, counter-terrorism and road safety management.

DIGP Ujeneza expressed gratitude to the delegation for choosing to visit Rwanda and the RNP in particular.

She emphasized that the visit reflects the commitment to strengthening collaboration and sharing professional best practices between the two countries as demonstrated by their respective leaders.

In his address, Gen (Rtd) Diallo explained that they chose to visit Rwanda to learn how to achieve significant progress within a short period. He acknowledged Rwanda as an exemplary nation that has overcome major challenges to attain sustainable peace and security, making it a model for others. (End)
