Kagame arrived at the rally almost an hour after the Rulindo rally and toured around the venue shaking hands with joyous fans.
Boosted by the cool weather, the crowd gave a loud applause as Kagame took to the stage and pledged to promote ICT, women empowerment. The mood was electrifying as Kagame pledged continued struggle to develop the nation.

Members of FPR are not known for being lazy and fearful. Testimonies from Nemba residents, Rucibigango Telesphole and Imaniragaba Leonald, thanked the RPF for empowering Rwandans to generate income and employment.
“You advised leaders to recognize efforts of Rwandans in the countryside,” said one of the individuals who gave a testimony of how his life was changed.
He was once a very poor man, whose life changed starting a small farming project and dramatically after being recognized as a He earns 450,000 Frw per month as income and is also building a biogas project at his home where he is also offering employment to five residents per day.
The RPF campaign manager, Ndayisaba Fidel, thanked Nemba residents for choosing to be led by Kagame in 2003 and are hoped they are ready to make another right choice.
