The Minister 0f Local Administration Jean Claude Musabyimana received a delegation from Zambia who are Members of the Parliamentary Reforms and Modernization Committee, led by Moses F Moyo, Second Deputy Speaker and Committee Chairperson.
They are in Rwanda for an exchange study tour related to socio-economic development programs and homegrown solutions initiatives.
Minister Jean Claude Musabyimana introduced to them Rwanda’s decentralisation journey of more than 20 years as the epicenter for the socio-economic transformation attained. (End)
