Rwanda, Egypt Foreign Ministers had a phone call

Rwanda’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Olivier Nduhungirehe had a fruitful call with Dr. Badr Abdelatty, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Egypt.

The two leaders explored opportunities to further enhance bilateral ties between Rwanda and the Arab Republic of Egypt.

The two countries enjoy good long-standing bilateral relations dating in the 1970s, with the first Joint Permanent Commission established in 1989. 

Rwanda is represented by the Embassy in Cairo, while Egypt also has an embassy in Kigali. (End)
