This afternoon in Ankara, President Kagame is received by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan of Türkiye where they will hold a tête-à-tête meeting before a bilateral discussion with members of both delegations.
Following the one-on-one and delegation-level meetings, an agreement-signing ceremony will be held.
The two Heads of State are also expected to hold a joint news conference. Later this Thursday, President Kagame and his delegation will attend a State Dinner held in their honour.
Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, National Defense Minister Yasar Guler, the head of the national intelligence organization MIT Ibrahim Kalin, and other officials attended the ceremony. (End).
